Welcome to Ridges Rhythm, where the focus is on you and the ball. By creating a unique training environment that promotes a flow state that connects you with the basketball, my training methods will take your skill to the next level.
During each training session, I challenge my clients ability to manipulate the basketball through a series of dribbling drills that focus on the 3 "B's". Brain - Body - Ball.Once we are able to build a solid foundation we transition into implementing these moves into game like scenarios.
